Training Program We are pleased to announce the launch of a new and improved Client Management Training Program. The goal of the program is to provide regularly scheduled training classes to: · Facilitate the introduction of enhancements and new applications. · Improve understanding of clearing applications · Enhance customer support The new training program will be launched on May 25^th, with the introduction of Private Negotiated Transactions/Front-End Clearing (PNT/FEC) training. In June, training courses for the following applications will also be introduced: · APS (Average Pricing System) · ATOM (Broker Billing) · Differential Spreads (FEC) · Financial & Agricultural Deliveries · GAINS^® (Give-Up Billing) · Give-Ups (FEC) New classes and reference materials will be introduced with each quarter. A calendar with logistics for the training classes is attached. This calendar will soon be posted to the CME website.
